    <description>&lt;P&gt;So, I just got started with Public Mobile 2 days ago.&amp;nbsp; I couldn't get started immediately because my phone was locked by my previous provider. My phone is now unlocked and I am able to send and receive text messages and outgoing calls work. However, I am not able to receive incoming calls.&amp;nbsp; Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you did and it's from another cell phone carrier, a period of 2 days means that the number transfer request faiiled.&amp;nbsp; If that's the case, open a ticket by going to &lt;A href="https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat" target="_blank"&gt;https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then type "port request".&lt;/P&gt;</description>
