It can take up to 2 to 3 hours for it to complete.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am noy able to recieve calls and text messages . I can make a call and even my data is working.. kindly resolve the issue. I have tried everything&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/152390"&gt;@Harjotkaue23&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;if you ported your number it takes up to 7 days if its a voip or landline, it can take up to 3 hours to complete if from a cell provider.&amp;nbsp; If its been longer than 3 hours and you ported from a cell provider.&amp;nbsp; Then your port is probably stuck.&amp;nbsp; Contact the moderators and ask them to fix it for you.&amp;nbsp;There are 2 ways to&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;contact the Moderator Team:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;SPAN class="sc-bZQynM fxhVtJ"&gt;Faster response- Get help with your account the easy way by starting a conversation with our virtual assistant, SIMon. It’ll take you to relevant help articles, or if it’s something more urgent, it can help you submit a ticket to the Moderator Team. Once that happens you can start using your Public Mobile sim card.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
