When porting you can make calls and send texts immediately. The last thing to complete is receive calls and texts. If it's been more than 3 hours and you ported from a cell provider. Then your port is probably stuck. You need to contact the moderators to fix it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two ways to contact the moderators:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Faster way – Click the &lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT size="5"&gt;chat bubble&lt;/FONT&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;at the bottom right of the page, type “Port in troubleshooting” &amp;gt;&amp;gt; continue &amp;gt;&amp;gt; continue clicking until you get Submit a Ticket – Click me!&amp;nbsp; You have to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Slower way – Send a private message to the Moderators_Team &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_self"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may take up to 48 hrs (hopefully less) to receive a reply from the moderators.&amp;nbsp; Check the envelope icon on top right for a number to pop up.&amp;nbsp; I hope this helps.&amp;nbsp; Cheers!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158423"&gt;@Amani2020&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PM does not have call centre.&amp;nbsp; Support is provider by creating a support ticket and moderator will get back to you from couple hours to 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To port your number to PM, your old account must be active.&amp;nbsp; Provide the following info when your create your support ticket.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp; old account number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp; name on your old account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-&amp;nbsp; the number to be ported to PM&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;BTW, moderator response was within 1 hour when I created my ticket around noon.&amp;nbsp; There were 8 moderators online round noon.&amp;nbsp; But there are 4 moderators online ATM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

PM doesn’t have any live agents, only mods.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
