I activated my sim card on 3rd of September with the $ 40 plan. And paid for the sim card and the plan plus tax $52.5 . And then i purchase $ 30 plan for my next cycle which will start on 3rd October. My question is how much do i need to pay cause it shows still i have to pay : $40 plan - $10 referred credit which is $30. And the correct amount should be $30 new plan - $10 credit - $1 referrals credit. Which is $19. Pleasw advise

@Freta just put the amount minus your rewards so yes $19. your previous owing amount won't change till your plan changes. you're not on auto-pay? your missing out on $2 reward each renewal

your next month would've been $30-10rc-1raf-2ap-2ap= $15 on your next renewal

Yes but when i go the payment it still showing me i need to pay $30 that is what is confusing me.

what you are seeing is your 40 plan-10rc=30. this is obviously incorrect since you are changing to the $30 plan

i was referred $ 10 , and i referred a Friend $ , the new plan should be 30-11 $ 19. Just for clarification.

It would be $30 -10 less $1= 19 plus tax on your next renewal date.

You have to look what is in your Available Funds AND what is in your rewards section.

If enabled autopay, you will get $2 for the first month $2 for the 2nd month ALSO. 🙂

Look under the Rewards section, here:

and look at. "As of today your estimated payment is:"

That is the value owing, but other rewards may not be showing up yet.

If you have extra funds, no worry, it will just be used on the next 30 day cycle's payment.

@Freta The Payment details will not show the correct amount for the new plan. Go to rewards page and that will show you the correct amount due on the next cycle. Plan cost minus all rewards is the right amount you will pay. As mentioned above, you will get extra $2 off if you add a credit card and enable AutoPay. You can also use a prepaid card just to enable AutoPay and continue to pay using voucher, you will still get the $2 AutoPay credit.
