With Autopay turned off and you don't renew, that account will permanently close down.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Without any account info, you could be anyone trying to close down someone else's account. If you can't provide any info, just let your plan expire itself after the 90 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I used his email as I already have my own public mobile account and could not use one email for two different accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my son ex changed the password to this account and I no longer have access to it but my credit card is linked to this account and my phone number is linked as the alternative number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this account is no longer being used by my son so I need to cancel it&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
