You added the money to your account. You now have to go back in and purchase the add on in self service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once you have done that, you should see it listed in Plan and Add-ons in self service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Add-ons roll over each month until consumed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
