      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158131"&gt;@mdimran&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Pls to remove your personal info&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What phone do you use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For mms enable data, it won't count against your data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If on iphone select sms on your settings for texting instead of iMessages, otherwise it will try to use your data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doesn't help try using different messenger just to test it&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edit&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;andI repeated it&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you’re on iPhone try enabling iMessage or if enabled, try disabling it. Go to Settings &amp;gt; Messages &amp;gt; iMessage. Check to see if you haven’t paid for your plan yet and add funds if needed:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/" target="_blank"&gt;https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, you can try turning on airplane mode for 10 seconds then switch it back off.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/158131"&gt;@mdimran&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you using an iPhone and trying to send/receive text from Android phone user or vise versa?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If yes, the iPhone user need to configure the iMessage settings as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Under iPhone Messages settings:&lt;BR /&gt;iMessage = enabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMS/MMS&lt;BR /&gt;MMS Messaging = enabled&lt;BR /&gt;Group Messaging = enabled&lt;BR /&gt;All other Messages settings are disabled&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do you know what message type you are sending or receiving on iPhone?&lt;BR /&gt;Messages with &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#008000"&gt;green bubbles&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; are normal SMS/MMS text messages.&lt;BR /&gt;Message with &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;blue bubbles&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;are sent via the iMessage&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
