    <description>&lt;P&gt;Well you could adjust the APN settings on the phone but they may figure out how to reset them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or take the phone and use up all the data so they will have none till next renewal date?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;As others mentioned there is no surefire way to do so, there are some network settings you could adjust, or you can just take the phone away for a certain time.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
