Just read abit about it. It's a diy phone that people can make so likely things aren't programmed as phones made by a company.

Does it run android? Or something else? Are there actual phone setting you can go into on the phone. Like time/date, mobile settings, etc or is this something that is done through a computer. You'd be looking for forwarding settings on the phone.

Most normal android phones the call forward settings are in the phone app.

And once it's setup, you can use the sim card on any phone you want.

Just remember to use the other phone again (or a compatible one) when you want to change or disable the call forwarding.

Edited for clarity

Or are you just saying that I won't be able to change/disable from my current phone?

Call forwarding is based on a command that is sent to the network. The setting is saved on the network end. Call forwarding setings can be adjusted from any compatible phone, assuming that the sim card for the phone number of the account is inserted.
