If you've already made 3 attempts then you need a PUK. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":weary_face:"&gt;😩&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Be aware that entering a PUK incorrectly 10 times renders the SIM useless.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If you have a spare SIM you could use it to replace the current SIM by logging into your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The SIM card PIN couldn't possibly have even changed without the default 1234 first being entered (at least by someone even if it's someone else).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
