      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am a new user and my phone will not connect to websites, works fine thru Wi-Fi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone is an ASUS Zenfone 3 max. (ZC520TL)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Error message is ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;phone package includes data, connected over a week ago and still no access to cellular data&lt;BR /&gt;Cellular data use settings are on&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;APN settings have been double checked&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset completed&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Can you log into self service and make sure your data is listed on the Overview page under&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;My Data &amp;amp; Add-Ons.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/157970"&gt;@Waverider&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try one or the other.. don't change the APN and then do a network reset. if anything do the opposite, reset the network settings and test. then change the APN settings and test. if your phone is a dual sim, try using the other slot. configure the sim to handle calls/data etc.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Meaning you used 600 mb and have 400mb left.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;if nothing shows in that section&lt;/STRONG&gt;. It means you used up all your data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also please take a screenshot of all your APN settings and post them. Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

One little setting off will make it not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you add a new APN instead of editing the apn?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This one below has a different port than your screen shot.
