      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM uses Telus and Bell towers which are 4G but throttles speeds to 3G.&amp;nbsp; Most phones should be 3G/4G capable but make sure it is unlocked.&amp;nbsp; You can also check willmyphonework.net.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
