Hello i am interested in Unlimited international text ,from where i can use sim card? it is only from US it is roaming included?

@karencho Firstly, not the best place to ask this question. But to answer your question: you can use your Public Mobile sim anywhere in Canada (if you have a texting plan) to send text messages. You can only use it in the US if you purchase a US roaming addon. International roaming is not supported for any other countries. All plans are based ONLY in Canada, and cannot be used outside Canada except for the roaming add-ons to the USA.
