    <description>&lt;P&gt;apr&amp;nbsp; 12 - asked for replacement sim card&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apr&amp;nbsp; 13 - PM acknowlegement email reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apr&amp;nbsp; 23 - where is the sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;apr&amp;nbsp; 23 - PM wait 3 - 7 days email reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may&amp;nbsp; 4 - where is the sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may&amp;nbsp; 4 - PM&amp;nbsp; should be received this week email reply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;may 13 - where is the sim card?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I didn't receive an email reply from PM for my last email. Is there anyone listening from PM who can help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks so much&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
