Changing Language Setting

I have managed to change my voicemail over but all public mobile correspondance (email, etc...) is still coming in french. Can someone tell me where I can adjust this setting?

@Novaeddie In Mysettings (little globe on right side of screen) --> Preferences --> Preference options

There is a language setting.

thanks. That is already selected to english. The problem is that on my cell all the emails and texts I get from public mobile directly are coming to me in French.

@Novaeddie if thats already done, then i would check with one of the mods, they can open a tech ticket maybe.

Also i beleive there is a languare option in the voicemail when you call. try that also.
