      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Guys,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want to switch my 120$/3months plan to the 30-day pass ( I just want to be able to receive call) so I topped up 10$ in my account.&lt;BR /&gt;My transaction show up in transaction history but not on my balance, therefore I cannot change my plan.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear that your account didn't add funds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Send private message to one of the mod and they will take look into your account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FYI, you must have a talk in your plan to send and receive calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>As mentionned above contact a mod.&lt;BR /&gt;Also note that you need to select one option with the 30 day pass; you won't have a plan just with the 10 $. Meaning the cheapest plan with 30 days period with talking is 27 +tax Which includes provincial calls</description>

      <description>Since you've just done it, give it at least 48 hours. Often the problem is the system updating your account, rather than it accepting or processing the payment. A lot of the time, simply waiting 48 hours is the fix.</description>

      <description>No. You can only make and receive calls if you also sign up for a calling plan, or purchase a calling booster.</description>
