      <description>&lt;P&gt;The payment system employed by Public Mobile does not work. It is insecure, and data has been compromised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ive already raised this to PM but Telus doesn't seem to care, so I've today filed an official complaint against Telus/PM with the CRTC.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A phone company that operates online should probably be using a website.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I honestly highly doubt that. As others have said it does have a website. You can pay in many different ways and you don’t even haft to give payment info (IE buying a voucher with cash and using that though phone payment) to apply.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
