I have been waiting for more than 7 days and didnt receive the sim card.

Lately two to three weeks due to covid it's been taking.

Do you have your order number? Try putting it into Canada Post Tracking website to see if anything comes up.

You can contact mods but not sure what they can do.

If you really need a sim right away and have a London Drugs or Walmart in your area you can pick one up there.
