      <title>How do I open a ticket/send a message to a moderator.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I opened a new account yesterday for my son's gps watch. It doesn't accept texts so I cant enter in the pin that they text you to set up a self serve account. I would like to set up this account so I can keep tabs on his data use. So I am guessing I need to speak to a Moderator?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You should have followed those steps. But not to worry, here's the link to start your &lt;A href="https://activate.publicmobile.ca/" target="_self"&gt;Public Mobile Online Activation&lt;/A&gt;.
