Yes, also unlimited international texting as long as you are in Canada.

I'm not sure that the 190 country distinction needs to be made. That's something that another website started saying. That's going to be almost every country in the world, and saying 190 countries might just end up confusing people.

How about we just say:

While you're in Canada - texting from/to anywhere that can send/receive texts.

The "can" is loaded. A country may block outside texts from coming in. A carrier might not provide texting to/from some places or for an extra cost that might not want to be paid.
