      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, you can try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 putting your phone in Airplane mode then taking it off&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 restarting your phone&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;3 resetting all network settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;keep in mind sometimes when your phone is searching for a network it first will say “Telus” then after the names changes to “Public Mobile”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;hope this works.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
