      <title>Doesn’t recognize my email</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went to add money to my self serve account but it does not recognize my email address. &amp;nbsp; The funny thing is I keep getting emails from Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;without it recognizing my email I cannot log in to do anything. &amp;nbsp;Now my phone service isn’t working because I can’t log in to put money on my account&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what do I do? Buy a new SIM and start over?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/150128"&gt;@Elyssa&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What happens when you dial 611?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it asks for money then good.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have autopay enabled then make a payment to cover your plan cost.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not then you can buy vouchers in stores or online and re-activate your services in 611 too.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

And when that hopefully gets you sorted, consider setting up auto pay with a credit card -- it's far more convenient than doing a manual top-up and you get $2 off at each renewal period.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
