See if you can manage to log into Self Serve that way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then change your credit card, by going to the PAYMENT tab, and see the bottom, left corner of the page to update/change the info.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="esjliv_0-1619383071783.png" style="width: 449px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/48706i3F9A953C2B78DB19/image-dimensions/449x452?v=v2" width="449" height="452" role="button" title="esjliv_0-1619383071783.png" alt="esjliv_0-1619383071783.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to have the email changed to your Self Serve account, only Customer Support agents can do that for you.
