Only Oracles which are invited by PM receive$20.

You can earn up to $15.

Learn the self serve account, different things about public mobile and when someone posts a question if you're comfortable enough then answer the question.

No one knows the secret PM formula on how rewards are distributed but the high earners are on pretty much everyday, morning to night to earn $15.

A few posts here and there through the month may earn you a $1.

The maximum community award you can obtain is $15. You would need to spend sometime each day on average. It would be faster to refer friends and family to get $1 per referral.

@Natemoberly Based on your level of involvement with our Community, you can earn up to $15 every 30 days. The amount you are rewarded depends on your contribution level relative to overall contribution, which can change month to month even if you contribute very consistently. You can only ever qualify for one (1) Community Reward in a 30-day period, and you must act in accordance with Community Terms of Service at all times.
