Do you mean to Public Mobile or do you mean away from Public Mobile ?

@MIGA your PM account must be active to port your number out. Unless it's to Koodo or Telus. To port from PM you need 1. Number to port 2. Name on accounts. 3. One of imei number, account number or pin. Sorry to see you go. Stay safe.

Hi @MIGA ,

Sorry to see you go.

But to transfer your public mobile phone number to somewhere else, first remove your credit card if you are on autopay. if not on autopay, you can just port your number to the other provider when ready.

When you are opening new account with your new provider to be, let them know that you wish to transfer number. If you are opening it yourself, fill out the transfer part of the form with all the required information
