Did you transfer your number from another provider?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/156818"&gt;@VW2&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you transfer number from different provider it takes some time for the number to be ported over, mobile numbers could take up to 2-4 hours where landline or VoIP numbers can take up to 2 weeks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Doubt that time your number is not with public mobile yet so you can use the old services.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However the features you paid for would be working, you should have no problems dialing out, sending texts and using your data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Data and picture messaging need data on your phone to be enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did enable it bit it's still not working than you should change your apn settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need network reset it even factory reset if apn settings don't help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is a link to a previous post about apn settings&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartphone/m-p/3" target="_self"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Phones-Hardware/How-do-I-set-up-data-APN-on-my-smartphone/m-p/3&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
