Just dial the number that called you.

Replaying? Do you mean a voicemail? To access your voicemail most phones if you dial 1 will bring you to your voicemail. If your phone is not programmed for voicemail button then you can add it to your phone. The voicemail number is (Your area code -580-4001)

You can also access your voicemail by calling your cell phone number.

Also you can call your cell number from another phone and when your voicemail starts to play press the * star button then enter your voicemail password.

After your voicemail is setup, your can press 1 from your phone to access your voicemail. Please note that accessing voicemail from your phone will count as your plan's outgoing minutes minutes if you have the $15 plan.

The built-in phone software usually has "call history" or "call log" somewhere.

But if it doesn't then you can install a dialer app of your choosing.

You could also install a call recorder app if you choose. (Though you'll likely have to root or mod your phone software because google blocks this functionality.)
