Could you have run out of minutes only applicable to 10$ plan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does sim work in a different phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get any messages when dialog out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you think it's an account issue use Simon to contact the mods to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/76037"&gt;@Drury&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After trying restart your phone and no avail, your account may not be provisioned correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Adding $1 to your account may trigger PM server to provision your account again.&amp;nbsp; Make sure to restart your phone 10 minutes after doing this $1 trick.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
