Change to the lowest priced plan (currently it's $15), make a payment and reactivate it. Your plan will be active for 30 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's been suspended for more than 90 days, unfortunately your account is already closed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it is not closed then add $15 to activate so you can port your number out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
