Hey PM

this month my wife’s data is running low and o just purchased a $15 upgrade however it’s not been added on. Do I need to wait till end of cycle to make the add on?

It's a non-intuitive 2 step process. Add funds, buy add-on. You've probably just done step one.

It says I’ve made payment but it’s not updated now it says $30

If you have available funds, purchase the add on again.
