So which is it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can port in from Telus or Koodo with an account short of deactivated. You can port out to Telus or Koodo with an account that is active or suspended.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For any others, either account has to be active.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To port in, you can choose to do it all during activation. Or do it afterwards with the help of the moderator team. Except Koodo pre-paid that would also need them.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To port out, see my first reply above.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
