Hi, would like to know if I purchased add-on data and can't use it up this month, can I keep it for next month? Thank you!

Correct.

Add-on data will roll over every 30 days if not used up. (Not USA roaming add-ons they're 10 days from purchase date)

Remember plans are not monthly they're 30 day plans.

Two steps to buy.

1 - add money to your account

2 - buy the add-on.

Hey Jb456,

Does that mean on a 4GB plan that your usage could be as such:
Jan - 2GB
Feb - 2GB
Mar - 10GB

Curious about whether that only applies to add-on data.

@KingAlex no that's not how it works.. your plan data resets every renewal date. it doesn't roll over, only add-ons do

@KingAlex as @gpixel mentioned. Your plan data resets every 30 days. If you have add-on data that rolls over every 30 days.

Example.

2 gig plan data

1 gig addon.

You use all your plan data then your add-on kicks in till next renewal. Let's say you use 500mb of your add-on. Renewal happens and your 2 gig plan resets. Then you would use your plan data and your add-on will still have 500mb for future use if you run out of plan data again.
