Hi @Trango

Did you get a phone on contract with Videotron or a prepaid phone?

I'm not sure what Videotron's return policy is but if it's similar to carriers in Ontario you should be able to return the phone within 15 days provided you have all the packaging and the phone is still in like new condition.

If you then decide to go with Public Mobile you will have to sign up at the BETA page, once a spot becomes available you will receive an email from Public Mobile and can then be sent a SIM card, once you receive your SIM card you can activate it via the Activation Page.
