      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to activate my SIM card and the website showed me an error saying something was wrong with my credit card which is BMO and now i have 4 pending transactions in my account and my SIM is still not activated, i want to cancel those transactions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;but my SIM card was not activated, i can't even registered in My account because is asking me for my phone number and i just have the old one with Fido which today is my last day with them. I don't want PM take the money 4 times.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
