      <title>Sim card no service</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yesterday my phone started saying 'No Service' at the top of the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The sim has read no service for 24 hours now and I don't know why.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have swapped phones and reset my phone and everything I believe it needs to be reset from public mobile's end.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Log into your account. Does the status say active or suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While in your account click "change sim card"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will show last 4 digits of the sim card. If you can't you have been sim jacked. If you can check the last 4 digits of the sim card online and compare it you your sim. If they don't match you have been sim swapped. Either way it's bad. Secure/freeze you online banking, cc and other acconts asap and submit a ticket to PM for help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
