Nothing to do with Turkey as I see it. 902 is an Area Code for Nova Scotia and 90 happens to be the Country Code for Turkey but I have to assume this is just a message from the Nova Scotia area possibly spoofing the 902 Area Code. Or is it even a valid message, what is the circumstance that you received or heard this message? A text message you received? A recording when trying to call someone? If the latter, did you try dialling 1 before the 10 digit number?

AE_Collector

I would just report the call using the link below.

https://antifraudcentre-centreantifraude.ca/report-signalez-eng.htm
