This will be indicated in your self serve account. It will either show the details of your current plan or any preset order to change it during the next renewal.

As you finish changing your plan (example: $25 to $35), it will ask if you want to immediately change it and pay, or to wait until the next payment (and it will change), if you choose to change now and pay then you will have a new plan showing on your account and if you decide to change when the next payment comes up, you will remain with the same plan until the next payment and it will then change.
