How do I retrieve Usename AND password? (i am entering my e-mail address as username and it is not recognized?

Hi there, when you entered your email in the forgot password box did it say it wasn’t recognized or something. I would enter your email in the forgotten password box and go from there.

For self serve account the username is your email.

Does it give any error message?

Have you tried the forgot password link?

If nothing works you have to speak to moderators.

If you activate your PM plan in-store, your need to create your self-serve account first.

https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/

If you activate your PM plan online, your self-serve account was created alread.

Did you received a welcome email from PM?

If yes, use that email address and the password provided to login your account.

If no, there may be a typo on your email address during activation. Create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

@Tabatha this one ^^^^^ by @popping . If you didn't receive a Welcome email, then you have to create a self-serve account, here is how.
