If it's anything other than one of the US roaming packages, it will just stay on your account until such time as you do use it all up.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/154898"&gt;@irishgirl012&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you just pay for it or did you use the money on your account to purchase it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you just paid but didn't make purchase then you can just leave money there and it will be used for your renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you did purchase add-on but it wasn't used and is still intact you may yet reaching out to moderators and asking them to revert charges and remove it. No guarantees though.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Was it a roaming add-on? Many people confuse it with regular add-ons&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, you can try your chances with moderators.
