      <description>&lt;P&gt;How do I access my voicemail?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call "1" it says it's dialing voice mail but then immediately hangs up.&amp;nbsp; Same problem when I call 1 + my 10 digit number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

What happens when you dial 611?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log in to the self-serve and see that the account is active. Use the Reset Voicemail Password function that resets it to your 10 digit phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
