I have a Easyfone Prime-A4 (3G) that worked for three calls. Now i can;t send calls or text from the device, can you please help

@davidkerr Can you login your self-service account? Is the status Active there? Can you ptry testing the sim in another phone?

@davidkerr seems like the device uses a micro sim. did you break down the sim to the correct size? it should be a tight fit. check to see if the sim card came loose

a) Try your SIM in another unlocked phone.

b) Reboot your phone with the SIM installed. What message, if any, appears?

c) When did you activate your plan? Perhaps it has expired.

thank you. after trying the SIM in another phone, the calling started to work again.... weird, but it appears to be working fine now.
