      <description>&lt;P&gt;Depending on how you paid, they may be waiting for the payment to clear. If you're still able to use your data, then I'd just wait a bit. If there's a PM location in a mall near you, I would visit them in person for it to be resolved quickly as they can check your phone's SIM or something like that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I don't think any kiosk or store have access to accounts after activation. I suppose any kiosk or store might help with how to do something, just not in the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You either load up with a credit card or a voucher, both of which when used are immediate. No holding back until a payment clears.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
