      <description>&lt;P&gt;After switching to Public Mobile the following happens:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1) when calling my phone from my landline, a third known cell phone number shows up on my display.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2) If I call one family cell phone it comes up as long distance; if I call another family cell phone from the same house (and room) it comes up as local.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are what I have found so far.&amp;nbsp; Should I be concerned?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You won't be billed for anything extra unless you pay in advance. ie; you won't be able to call a US number unless you have a US calling add-on (or the $50 plan). If you try to dial it, it won't connect.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
