If awhile has phone ever worked?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you get a message or anything on your phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're new and put sim in does it say a message like sim network unlock pin?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you been here awhile what does your account status say?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/154349"&gt;@Jeffrey4&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm assuming that phone is unlocked and can call but you cannot mms or use data:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suggest you contact moderators with your make model and IMEI and ask them to push APN settings through SMS. This is the only thing that worked for me when in older stubborn phones that refuse to connect no matter how I change my apn settings. I had issues with lg and once even with Nokia&lt;/P&gt;</description>
