When will I see the bonus 500MB showing on my plan? I do have autopay in place.

It should be available already. Login to Self Serve, you should be able to see it on the Overview page, lower left section.

It should be added in your account. Log in and under data and add-ons it should be listed there.

It should be instant.

Do you see your autopay reward listed in the rewards section?

Does your autopay execute?

Sometimes although I register and it is successful my autopay is not on, so I have to do it couple of times.

If that doesn't help I suggest you contact moderators and have them sort it out

How long have you been on that plan? That's the old $35 plan. You had to scheduled a change on next renewal to get the 1.5gb+500mb (2gb) plan. Unless you've recently activated and it didn't add automatically but that would be very unusual.
