...and now I can't login to update the payment method after I lost my debit. help?

click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen
type "locked out of self serve"
(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)

make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response

it is asking me to login in order to submit a ticket which I cant

*you need to login using your community account

Create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - Use "forget password and answer to security question" SIMon will show you Contact us button for you to create support ticket.

1. You can provide your PIN# instead of login

2. Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address,
- Email address,
- Alternate phone number,
- Date of birth,
- Last top up date & amount
