Post a screenshot of the APN settings you have or double check them .

Should be like this.

if they don't work try the below.

Remember after adding the APN settings reboot phone.

Touch Settings
Touch System
Touch Restart & Reset
Touch Network settings reset
Touch RESET SETTINGS

For LG phone, you need to do a network reset after changing provider before your LG phone data working again.

After network reset, enable data and restart your phone to let PM SIM card configure your APN automatically.

If you can't get Public Mobile to push a APN setting file to you or netowrk reset doesn't work, no other choice than to do a factory reset. LG is known for this. Before, factory reset back up your stuff or you'll lose it.
