What does your account status say when you log into your account? Active or suspended?

While in your account click "change sim card" and see if the last 4 digits of your aim on your account match your sim in your phone.

What is make and model of phone? Is it purchased second hand?

My account shows active.

The phone is a Samsung J2 purchased new.

Test your PM SIM card on another working phone to determine the source of the issue:

1. PM issue

2. Phone hardware issue
