Active or suspended?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;While in your account click "change sim card" and see if the last 4 digits of your aim on your account match your sim in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What is make and model of phone? Is it purchased second hand?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
