      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/153601"&gt;@Laurent123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;hi yes if you would like the same plan you will need to add the plan amount and then message customer support mods&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;click on the question mark chat bubble to the bottom right of your screen&lt;BR /&gt;type "no service"(this is not accurate, this is just to create a ticket)&lt;BR /&gt;(use the chat bubble options, then click "submit a ticket, click me" option)&lt;BR /&gt;make sure to check your inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically, for a response&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you can switch to a higher or lower data plan without mod intervention. just make sure you have the plan amount in your "available funds" otherwise the change over will most likely fail&lt;/P&gt;</description>
