Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or go incognito mode. &amp;nbsp;You can try to submit another ticket. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;chatbot opens a moderator ticket. after completing the ticket it wont allow to be submitted. Anyway around this to reach a moderator?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
